This week is Women on Wellness (WoW) Week here in Perth and this year’s theme is Move More, Eat Well, Feel Good, Look Good. WoW encourages women to “engage in activities that promote physical activity and healthy eating” through various events run over the course of the week. One that I will be going to with the kids is the event running for mums with young children at the Beach House in Osborne Park. There will be lots of activities for the kids, free cooking demos and tastings, a free yoga class, a free massage and a free belly dancing session.
