Unfortunately, this week did not go to plan, and I really let my eating and exercise plan slip. A combination of sick kids and stress made me realise how much I stress eat, and how much I need to get a handle on situations like this, and make better choices. I am glad the damage was only half a kilo, and I am looking forward to getting everything back on track this coming week.

Today’s weight: 98.0 kg
Last week’s weight: 97.5 kg
Starting weight: 99.8 kg

This week’s loss: 0.5 kg gain
Weight Loss to date: 1.8 kg

Exercise: none
